Thank you for choosing Devi Diamonds. Each creation we offer is crafted with precision, purity, and deep respect for tradition. Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

ORDER & DELIVERY

Kindly inspect your jewellery at the time of delivery. Devi Diamonds is not responsible for any issues reported after acceptance.
PAN card is required for purchases above ₹2,00,000, and valid ID proof for transactions over ₹50,000.
Orders paid via cheque or bank transfer will be dispatched only after the payment is fully realized.

EXCHANGE & BUYBACK

Original invoice, certificates, and ID proof are required for exchange or buyback.
All taxes, card charges, and making charges will be deducted during buyback or exchange.
Payments above ₹10,000 will be made within 10–15 working days via cheque or bank transfer.
Unused gold or diamond jewelry can be exchanged within 7 days with zero deduction.
Custom orders and damaged items cannot be exchanged or returned, though we offer repair support where possible.

REPAIRS

Lifetime maintenance is offered. Repairs due to wear or mishandling are chargeable.
Costs will apply for any stones, metal, or components used in repairs.

LEGAL

All transactions follow Indian laws. Any disputes will be under the jurisdiction of the Gurugram courts.
Devi Diamonds may update these terms from time to time.
