First Generation
A Trusted Name in Natural Diamonds
Our story begins in Jaipur, the Pink City, and for centuries India's home of gemstones. Shri Sita Ram Ji Bumb built his name in the gemstone trade there, becoming one of the prominent suppliers to jewellers across North India. This was an era before certification labs and grading reports, a stone's worth was judged by a trader's word, and his word became one the region relied on. Jaipur remains one of our three offices today, a direct line back to where everything started.
Second Generation
Refining the Craft
At a time when most households bought gold, the next generation moved into diamond jewelry, setting up a manufacturing unit in Delhi, among the earliest of its kind in the city. We also introduced a natural diamond collection built around full customisation, letting clients design a piece rather than choose one off a shelf.
Third Generation
Lab-Grown, Without Losing the Legacy
As the world moved toward sustainable, ethically grown diamonds, the third generation made a call most established jewellers were still hesitant to make: launching a dedicated lab-grown diamond brand, Ananta. And it didn't start from zero. Every sourcing standard, every lesson in cut and clarity, every ounce of trust earned across two generations of natural diamonds now runs directly into every lab-grown solitaire we make.
